The recipes come out just as I expected and I have been going to this cookbook again and again lately to get great items on my weekly "menu". If I plan meals and stick to a menu, I find that I shop less and spend less at the grocery store. These recipes are simple, delicious and really fit into my busy life. I have found some different things in this one looking forward to doing the old Red Velvet Christmas Cake as it is called and some of the fudge. Pour la plupart les quantités sont énormes et apparemment aproximatives. D'autant plus qu'il faut convertir en grammes, ce qui n'est pas facile pour les "cups" d'ingrédients, en particulier les solides. Les indications sont souvent assez vagues, je ne pense pas que les recettes aient été réellement testées par les cuisinières de Goseberry Patch. ( Reviewed in France on December 15, 2010 )
